The woman in question admitted that she was the perpetrator of this act.

« The rental fees did not serve the family’s needs as I expected. I wanted the contract to be terminated but my husband refused. That is why I erased these writings on the walls of our house, » she explained. Her husband, for his part, said he did not understand his wife’s reaction. He asked CNL leaders in the Giharo district to take legal action.

« If the CNL party files a complaint against my wife, I am ready to testify against her and say that she is responsible for these barbaric acts, » he said.

CNL leaders in the Giharo district accuse the representative of the ruling party (CNDD-FDD) of being involved in this case.

« The ruling party has not digested the establishment of this office, there have been several attempts to demand its relocation by CNDD-FDD leaders », deplored the district leader of the CNL who believes that this act is intended to disrupt activities of this party.

The office had been inaugurated 4 months ago.

A Judicial Police Officer had summoned the concerned person and CNL leaders to confront them on Tuesday. But at the last minute, he sent them home without explanation. He neither informed them of the date of the next appearance.
